Flower Shop Return Policy
We take pride in providing fresh, high-quality flowers and arrangements. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please let us know at pick up time.
Returns & Replacements
- Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we do not accept returns on delivered arrangements.
- If your flowers arrive damaged, wilted, or do not meet your expectations, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
- To process a claim, please provide photos of the arrangement and your order information.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled or modified up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time.
- Same-day orders cannot be canceled once preparation has begun.
Custom Orders
- Custom and personalized arrangements are final sale and are not eligible for refunds.
