Flower Shop Return Policy

We take pride in providing fresh, high-quality flowers and arrangements. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please let us know at pick up time.

Returns & Replacements

  • Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we do not accept returns on delivered arrangements.
  • If your flowers arrive damaged, wilted, or do not meet your expectations, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
  • To process a claim, please provide photos of the arrangement and your order information.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled or modified up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time.
  • Same-day orders cannot be canceled once preparation has begun.

Custom Orders

  • Custom and personalized arrangements are final sale and are not eligible for refunds.
